Dear Members,
Please note that the Annual General Meeting for 2023 was be held on the time and date listed above.
Members and visitors are very welcome.
Shell Corcoran presented the President’s Report and Andrea Mason presenedt the Financial Report for the Association.
During the AGM the following matters were presented and passed.
• Confirmation of 11 November 2022 AGM minutes
• The Association’s Fees for the 2024-2025 financial year.
• Special Resolution:

Over the past few months, the Committee has revised the Constitution to bring it into line with current legislation (Click here to see the revised Constitution). The following motion will be proposed: “That the new Constitution as circulated on 20 October 2023, is recommended for adoption. Proposer Betty McGuinness, Seconder Andrea Mason.

• Election of Office Bearers & Ordinary Committee members.

A member may appoint another member as a proxy. Please see the Nomination and Proxy forms (click here). Nomination and Proxy Forms may be presenting during the AGM. Alternatively, forms may be mailed or emailed to reach me by no later than 5pm Thursday 16 November 2023.
